Thank you for your positive feedback and appreciation of the digitek theme. We're always here to assist you again if you have any further inquiries or requests.
We played with the settings for approximately 2 weeks until almost 90% were set, and for a few settings we couldn't get them working properly, we reached out to support, and they suggested we provide creds to them so they could access and help to solve our problem. We did, but disregard the issue we mentioned in the message, they have completely restored the theme to a default which we have lost all our previous settings including page and product menu settings and the colour codes. Yes, they couldn't restore them. It's one of the worst support we've seen in years. The theme is not that bad, just a few settings here and there were confusing. I would give 4/5 for the product but 0/5 for the support we received.
